The Agriturismo Farmhouse Poggio Porsenna is located upon a hilly area in Lazio region, in the Northern part of Tuscia, the ancient land of the Etruscans. Poggio Porsenna is a typical example of the rural Tuscan architecture, recently restructured though it maintains its rustic flavour together with modern conforts. It is surrounded by a large garden with many kind of plants and flowers, and equipped area reserved for guests. The wonderful position upon a hill and the altitude (420 m a.s.l.) ensure a mild climate and fresh and breezy summertimes. Poggio Porsenna is the ideal place to spend a holiday intimately in touch with the nature, with a full immersion in an almost unreal silence. It can happen to wake up only by the song of the birds and by the chirping of the crickets. THE APARTMENTS: Four separated apartments, and a double room whit private bathroom are available for your accomodation at Poggio Porsenna countryside holiday's farm. The apartments are all of different kind, for 2, 4, 5, 7 people, all with central heating and television set. The furnishings are in typical Tuscan arte povera, with restore furniture that belongs to past generations of the owners; every single detail has been carefully selected. Kitchen with oven, wood-burning stover, large oven suitable for pizza, toilet. UPSTAIRS: 2 double bedrooms (one with an added single bed), each with a bathroom and shower. Apartment "IL PORTICHETTO", for 2 p., 35 sq m Suitable and equipped for the less able. DOWNSTAIRS: kitchen, double room, TV, bathroom with shower. Apartment "IL CAPITELLO", for 2+2 p., 50 sq m DOWNSTAIRS: wide living room with cooking area and a double sofa bed, TV, double bedroom and bathroom. Apartment "LA COLONNETTA", for 4+2 p., 65 sq m DOWNSTAIRS: wide living room with cooking area, double sofa bed, TV, fireplace, TV. UPSTAIRS: a double bedroom, a bedroom with 2 bunk beds, bathroom and a panoramic balcony. Double bedroom "ARCO", for 2 p., 20 sq m DOWNSTAIRS: double room with bathroom, TV. Near the agriturismo there is the pool (14x7) .
